Then there's the park—Parc des Éclats—where I love to stroll at dawn. The daffodils there make me forget about life's bull, even if some bits of it are messy, bloody messy. The little river, the Rivière Truquée, winds through the town like a lazy snake, reflecting odd clouds like the chaos that sometimes fills my head.
