Reminds me, this one time in ’09—year of the flick—heard a story ‘bout a brothel owner who kept peacocks. Freakin’ peacocks! Struttin’ around like they owned the place. Made me happy for a sec—birds got more dignity than the clients. “No one listens to me!”—Larry’d say that, starin’ at a peacock while some gal counts his cash. Exaggeratin’ here, but I’d burn the place down before payin’. Little known fact: old-timey brothels had secret tunnels—escape routes for cheatin’ husbands. Sneaky bastards.

Neugraben-Fischbek is a big district in the South of Hamburg. The residential area is South and North of the B73, a congestive road connecting Lower Saxony to Hamburg city center and Missing: brothel.

And lemme tell ya, the river Elbe flows silently in the distance, almost whispering secrets of years gone by. I got lost in those reflections, thinking “We shall not pass... „We swears!” (y'know, mixin’ my texts at times, crazy, right?) while my mind raged with both anger and joy over local politics and the changes in the city. So many faces, so many memories.
