After lunch, we hit the beach at Feres Bay. The water was perfect, and I was finally feelin’ relaxed. But then, outta nowhere, this kid runs past me, and I spill my drink all over myself. Like, seriously? I was just tryin’ to enjoy the sun! I was ready to throw a tantrum, but then I saw the kid’s face. He was just so happy, laughin’ and runnin’ around. I couldn’t help but smile.
