After my coffee fiasco, I head to the waterfront. The sunset over the Adriatic is insane. Like, colors I didn’t even know existed. I’m standin’ there, feelin’ all philosophical, when this group of kids starts playin’ soccer right next to me. They’re kickin’ the ball around, laughin’, havin’ a blast. I can’t help but smile. It’s moments like this that make me love this city.
