Ishikawa Satsuki was only 15 years old when she first caught wind of the corruption ongoing in her little village at the foot of Mt. Fuji. The year was , Satsuki was attending Ueno Middle .

But then, I got lost. Like, seriously lost. I wandered into this exhibit that was just a blank wall. I’m standing there like, “Is this art? Am I missing something?” I felt like a total idiot. I mean, I could’ve just painted my wall at home and called it a masterpiece.
