Anyway, I shake it off and head to this little café on Shimo-ōdori. Best coffee ever! I order my usual, a matcha latte. The barista, this super chill dude, tells me they just got a new batch of matcha from Uji. I’m like, “Dude, that’s awesome!” But then he spills half of it all over the counter. I’m laughing, he’s laughing, and I’m thinking, “This is how my day’s gonna go, huh?”
