First off, I decided to hit up the local market on Gyeongju-ro. I mean, who doesn’t love fresh produce, right? I’m strolling through, and bam! I see this old lady selling the juiciest strawberries. I’m talking about strawberries that look like they’ve been kissed by the sun itself. I’m all in, ready to buy a ton. But then, this kid runs by, knocks over a whole basket, and I’m like, “Dude, what the heck?!” Strawberries everywhere! I was so mad, but then I saw the old lady laughing. She just scooped them up like it was no biggie. I guess that’s the vibe in Hongseong—just roll with it.
