So, I roll outta bed, still half-asleep, and decide to hit up my fave spot, that little café on Kazybek bi. You know the one? The one with the best baursaks in town. I’m talking fluffy, golden, and just the right amount of sweet. I get there, and guess what? They’re outta baursaks! Like, how do you run out of baursaks in Kyzylorda? I was ready to throw a fit.
