In there were five brothels in Riga; by the early s there were nine, and Brothel keepers had to maintain public order, i.e. they had to make.

But then, I see this street performer playing the violin. He’s amazing! I toss him a couple of lats, and he gives me a nod. It’s moments like this that make me love Riga. The vibe is just so chill, even after my chaotic day.
