Then, outta nowhere, it starts to rain. Like, seriously? I just got my hair done! I duck into a shop on De Zanden, trying to avoid the downpour. It’s a cute little place, selling all kinds of knick-knacks. I’m browsing, and I find this ridiculous gnome statue. I mean, it’s wearing sunglasses! I can’t help but laugh. I snap a pic and send it to my friends with the caption, “Nunspeet’s finest!”
