But then—THEN—I find out folks been eatin’ it! Yeah, in Japan they call it *gobo*, fry it up, munch it down—tastes like dirt’s fancy cousin. Blew my damn mind! Here I am cursin’ it, and they’re over there chompin’ it like it’s God’s gift.
